Meet Our Team

Chas Wilkinson

Managing Director

With a focus on quality across all areas of the business and its interaction with customers and clients, Chas brings a unique set of business skills, industry knowledge and life experience to bear. 

Having built sister provider PrudenceOT into a recognised national provider of medico legal Occupational Therapy reports, in 2017, Chas established AssessmentHub, a one stop medico legal provider with a vision to deliver a point of difference in customer service, the examinee experience and the specificity and quality of assessment and reports procured and provided. In the course of time, Chas has  worked on developing long term relationships with legal and insurance law professionals and positioned the business as a recognised and respected provider of medico legal reports.  

Away from the personal injury industry, Chas has held leadership roles as a long standing president of a state league Aussie Rules club and more recently as a vice president of a small community-based football club, and boasts a passion for community-based volunteering, exploring the natural environment and skiing. 

Rachel Corn

Christine Eloff

Principal Occupational Therapist

Christine has more than 15 years of experience as a Senior Occupational Therapist during which she has gained clinical exposure working in England, South Africa, and Australia.

She has dedicated more than 4 years working in public and private hospitals providing services to clients with various medical conditions or illnesses including burns, orthopedic injuries, complex trauma injuries, oncology, and stroke.

As the Principal Occupational Therapist and primary reviewer, Christine is tasked with ensuring we follow a consistently high standard of clinical governance across our services while supporting our team of experts in their formalising their clinical reasoning.

Angela Santos Sargo

Account Manager

Angela is an experienced operations and accounts officer with a long history in medico legal administration. Angela has been with the business for more than 10 years, overseeing the consistently high quality of our services, strong relationships with our referrers, and sharing her wealth of knowledge with the wider team.

Jessica Prestipino

Senior Customer Relations Officer

Jessica is our Senior Customer Relations Officer and has many years of experience assisting the legal and compensation industry with their expert witness requirements. She is well rehearsed in the variance of schemes and the requirements for accreditation along with common law and medical negligence matters.

Jessica has a can-do attitude and is a natural problem solver. Over the many years in the industry Jessica has developed numerous professional relationships with our customers often delivering a tailored solution to them not just a service.

With her knowledge and willingness to help others Jessica guides our junior staff and ensures that customer delivery is optimal each and every day is an experienced operations and accounts officer with a long history in medico legal administration. 

Emma Tavu’i-Leota

Customer Relations Officer

Emma is an experienced administrative support professional with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. With 9+ years of experience in the industry, Emma has perfected her skills in multitasking, problem-solving and communication, making her an invaluable asset to the team. 

Emma has a natural ability to connect with people, listen actively to their needs and provide effective solutions. Emma takes great pride in going above and beyond to ensure every customer is satisfied and will stop at nothing to make it happen.

Antonella Prestipino

Customer Relations Officer / Marketing and Business Development Coordinator

Antonella, a Customer Relations and Operations professional with over 6 years of experience has developed a strong foundation in providing exceptional customer service by ensuring that the customer experience is always at the forefront of business operations. Antonella has developed a wide range of skills and knowledge of medico-legal procedures and regulations, she understands the legal requirements and procedures involved in medico-legal cases, which is essential for effectively managing customer relations in this field. Antonella’s experience in Customer Relations has given her the ability to develop relationships and manage expectations with clients, ensuring that their needs are always met and the ability to optimise processes. 

Over time, Antonella has discovered her passion for marketing and decided to leverage her skills and experience to pursue a new career path. As a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator, she is able to combine her expertise in customer relations and operations with her marketing skills to drive business growth and success.

Stewart Luxton

General Manager, IT Strategy and Digital Innovation

Stewart has over 20 years of experience in the IT field, working in both Federal and State Government, before joining the Prudence team in late 2022.

Stewart brings IT project management, procurement, business analysis, IT security and risk management skills to the team. Stewart is working to consolidate and enhance our IT systems and processes to make it easier for stakeholders to use our services.

Outside of work, Stewart is a proud father of two sons with his wife Tracey, volunteers as a Board Member for the Centre for Accessibility Australia and is continually working on improving his BBQ skills.
